Event photography,
built around the event.

Party Pixel is an event-photography service built on a simple idea — the event is the subject, the photographer isn't. One all-inclusive price. Hero shots in 24 hours. Full commercial rights as standard. No surprises after the event.

How we work

A small vetted collective.
One consistent gallery look.

Party Pixel is not a marketplace. It is a small, vetted collective of event photographers covering London, Essex and the South East. Every photographer on the roster is vetted before they cover a paying client, so you always know who is turning up on the night.

Every gallery is then handed to our in-house core team for the full edit and quality-control pass. Culling, colour, retouching and export to spec — all done by the same hands, to the same reference, on every booking. That is how a 1,500-guest brand launch and an intimate gallery private view both end up looking like Party Pixel.

The benefit is simple. You hire one team with one signature look, and you get the deep bench of a roster without the marketplace risk of inconsistent edits or unknown faces on the night.

Why Party Pixel exists

The same problems kept hurting good events.

Party Pixel was started after years of seeing the same frustrations come up again and again — clients telling the same stories about the same six problems. Every part of how this business works is a direct answer to one of them.

The photographer makes themselves the centre of attention
Loud direction, intrusive flash, posed-shoot energy, guests being asked to look at the lens. Our default is candid and unobtrusive — we step in only for sponsor moments, group photos and branded set-ups where direction genuinely helps. The room shouldn't notice we're there.
Galleries that arrive weeks late
Marketing windows close fast. Promoter cycles re-set every week. Most photographers deliver 4 to 8 weeks after the event — by which point the moment has passed. We deliver 10 hero shots within 24 hours and the full gallery in 3 to 7 working days, while the night is still trending.
“Surprise” licensing fees after delivery
You pay for the shoot, then get charged again to use the images for ads, sponsor decks or social. We include full commercial rights on every booking — websites, paid ads, listings, sponsor reports, PR — at no extra cost, in writing.
Quotes that grow after you sign
Travel fees, editing fees, gallery-hosting fees, image-count caps. Our pricing is published. The deposit is £97 and is refundable if the briefing call shows we're not the right fit. The number you see is the number you pay.
Inconsistent edits across the gallery
Some photos warm, some cool, some over-retouched, some untouched. Every Party Pixel gallery is colour-graded by the same hand against the same reference — two finished edit styles included on every image (Signature colour and Black & White), consistent from frame one to frame last.
No backup when something goes wrong
A single body, a single card, a single human. We shoot dual-card on every camera, carry backup bodies and lenses on every job, and hold £5 million public liability insurance with a certificate available on request.
What we stand for

Three values, applied to every booking.

Honest pricing
One all-inclusive number, written down on day one. No travel fees across London or Essex. No licensing surprises. The deposit is refundable if we're not the right fit.
Fast, reliable delivery
Hero shots in 24 hours, so the marketing team can post the next morning. Full gallery in 3 to 7 working days. Dates we promise, we hit.
Quiet professionalism
Plain black, no intrusive flash, no interrupting the room. Premium output in a way the guests barely notice happened.

Where we differ

Party Pixel Photo vs. the traditional event-photography process.

Most clients have lived through the standard UK event-photography booking. Here's where we deliberately differ on the points that actually affect the outcome.

None of the above is unique to one provider — it's a composite of frustrations event organisers have shared with us before booking. We treat each one as a deliberate design choice, not a perk.

Behind the camera

Lead photographer & founder, Albert Arsene.

Nearly a decade behind the lens, with close to five of those years split between an in-house role at a high-end London supercar dealership and freelance work that followed. In-house meant running every camera on the brand — controlled-light vehicle stock, staff headshots, billboard and paid-ad creative, web and social content, and the part of the role that quietly became the favourite: exclusive, invite-only client events with VIP guests, where intrusive flash and obvious posing would have killed the room.

The freelance years that followed covered corporate events, brand activations, private parties and nightlife — long enough to notice that the same problems kept coming up on almost every brief. Photographers making the event about themselves. Galleries delivered weeks late. Quotes growing after the booking. Image rights held back as a paid upgrade.

Party Pixel was built to fix exactly that. A deliberately transparent event-photography business — one all-inclusive price, fast delivery, full commercial rights, briefing-call honesty about whether we are the right fit. Every photographer on the roster works to the same brief and the same delivery promise, with editing and quality control kept in-house with the core team so the look stays consistent on every gallery.
