How much does it cost?+
Four published packages: £297 (1 hour), £494 (up to 2 hours), £888 (up to 4 hours) and £1,149 (up to 6 hours). Each one includes editing, a 24-hour preview and full commercial rights. Full days of 8–12 hours and multi-day events are planned as bespoke coverage, with a tailored quote within 24 hours.
Do you cover full days longer than 6 hours?+
Yes. Immersive (up to 6 hours) is our largest ready-made package. For longer days we plan bespoke coverage of 8–12 hours around your run-of-show, from registration or load-in through to the evening drinks, with a tailored quote within 24 hours.
Can you cover multi-day events like expos, summits and festivals?+
Yes. Multi-day coverage is one of our most common corporate requests: trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, festivals and roadshows. We plan coverage day by day, keep the same lead photographer throughout, and can send a set of daily selects every evening for socials and press.
Can we use the images commercially?+
Yes. Full commercial rights are included as standard: website, social, press, decks, paid ads and sponsor sharing.
How quickly will we get the photos?+
Ten hero shots within 24 hours, then the full edited gallery in 3–7 working days. Express 24- and 48-hour full delivery is available as an add-on.
Can you invoice our company?+
Yes. We're a UK-registered company (No. 16607933) and can invoice against a purchase order, add your PO reference and complete your supplier onboarding forms.
Can you send more than one photographer?+
Yes. Add a second photographer from £250 or a videographer from £500, or ask for a full crew for larger programmes.
