Can you cover activations outside London?

London, Essex and the South East have no travel fee. Other UK locations are quoted individually.

Can we use the images commercially?

Yes. Full commercial rights are included as standard: website, social, press, decks, paid ads and sponsor sharing.

How quickly will we get the photos?

Ten hero shots within 24 hours, then the full edited gallery in 3–7 working days. Express 24- and 48-hour full delivery is available as an add-on.

Can you send more than one photographer?

Yes. Add a second photographer from £250 or a videographer from £500, or ask for a full crew for larger programmes.

Can you invoice our company?

Yes. We're a UK-registered company (No. 16607933) and can invoice against a purchase order, add your PO reference and complete your supplier onboarding forms.
